Refund policy

At Totasbags, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we provide a simple and customer-friendly return and exchange process. Please read the policy carefully.


1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Domestic Orders — India)

We stand behind the quality of our tote bags. If you’re not satisfied, we offer return or exchange support.
Note: Certain promotional, discounted, or campaign-based products may have separate return terms.


2. Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Special Offers”

  • Items with missing tags, accessories, or packaging

  • Products returned after the allowed return window


3. Return Window

Please return the product within 2 days of delivery.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please return it within 2 days along with a mandatory unboxing video showing:

  • Package condition

  • Product condition

  • Opening of the package in one continuous shot

This ensures smooth verification and quick replacement.

6. Return Process

  • A reverse pickup will be attempted twice.

  • If both attempts fail, the customer must ship the product back to our return address.

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode.

Important Requirements (Return Approval)

Please ensure the following:

✔ All original tags
✔ All original accessories (chains, zippers, clips, etc.)
✔ Original packaging

Missing items may delay or result in rejection of your return/exchange request.


7. Exchange / Refund Terms

  • Customers must pay ₹70 for any exchange request.

  • Once a product has been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged or refunded again.


8. Exchange / Replacement Delivery Time

We will deliver the exchanged or replacement product within 4 days after approval.


9. Refund Details

  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Discount coupon values will not be refunded.

  • For prepaid orders, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

Refund Credit Timeline

Once your refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 6–7 days.


10. Reverse Pickup Conditions

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever the courier partner allows — availability depends on your location.

  • Only one reverse pickup attempt is provided per order.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the product to the provided address.


11. Reverse Pickup Charges

The customer is required to pay the applicable Reverse Pickup Charges (RTO).
